Assisted shoulder abduction
This stretch may be performed in a standing, sitting or lying position. Use the uninvolved arm to help raise the involved arm. Raise your arm until a moderate strain is felt then lower the arm down. Perform 15 repetitions. ← Return to Exercises index Printable Version |
